Hi all, I hope you guys are keeping well and more importantly isolated during this global pandemic that we are all enduring at the moment.
Right now is about weathering the storm and doing your part as an individual to ensure we as a society get through this. Make sure you look out for opportunities even through this unique time. Whether that be spending quality time with family, catching up on school work, making money or, like myself, doing that extra bit of gym work to get in shape. It can be a testing time for your body, both mentally and physically, so I feel exercising in isolation is essential, as well as getting good quality sleep and eating nutritious grub (and avoiding boredom eating)
I’m going to be here every step of the way and try to provide informative content that you yourself can use or do at home. Remember to think of this period as a glass half full rather than a glass half empty. Make the most of it. Don’t let yourself use it as an excuse to become a couch potatoe but most importantly mind yourself and others, not everyone might find it as easy as you do or vice versa so communication with people is vital if we are all to make it through this
